All that’s required is that you bring your passion and your positivity. 

Volunteer activities at Lighthouse may include…

Accompanying children who are blind in summer and afterschool activities.
Planning and participating in creative events for fundraising.
Advocating for people with disabilities in public arenas.
Assisting adults who are blind in recreational activities. 
Assisting with administrative tasks to give program staff more time to be with clients.
Gardening and sprucing at the facility, where 75% or more of the production staff are blind or visually impaired.
Helping with celebrations, such as employee appreciation, monthly birthday parties or other socials.
